You Don’t Need All The Supplements
If you are in the natural health sphere for any length of time--and especially if you follow "health gurus" on social media--you will at some point in time come across someone telling you that you need XYZ supplement for.....
Vitamin K
Calcium
Magnesium
Increasing Hair Growth
Balancing Hormones
Removing Toxins from Your Blood
Removing Parasites
Removing Heavy Metals
Methylane Blue
Red Light Therapy
Detoxing...
And the list goes on and on.
But here's the thing.
Before you take ANY supplements.
You need to overhaul your lifestyle first.
You need to make sure you are managing your stress, eating a healthy diet, excersing regularly, and sleeping properly.
That is the foundation to your health. Without that it doesn't matter how many supplements you take every day your health will not improve.
Period.
You can spend thousands on all the above protocols and more.
If you don't have the foundations right it doesn't matter.
Once you have the foundation set and going good...that's when you can start observing where there are gaps and experimenting.
But guess what?
You still don't NEED all the supplements.
And in fact it's not good to have all the supplements all the time anyways.
Your body needs to rest and rejuvinate just as much as it needs to detox or purge or remove parasites or balance hormones.
And that rejuvination process is sometimes the most important part to actually healing and fixing whatever issue you may have so don't underestimate it.
Another thing...sometimes it's the most simplest things that make the most difference. Don't underestimate the power of simplicity within your life.
